Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your (“User,” “you,” “your”) access to and use of the services provided by Proton Labs Ltd. (the “Company”), including but not limited to Telegram bots, channels, groups, web and mobile applications, and any AI-powered trading systems (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using any part of the ProtonAI platform or related tools, APIs, or smart contracts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and the ProtonAI Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not use or access the Services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
These Terms set forth the legally binding conditions governing your use of the ProtonAI platform, including all tools, algorithms, Telegram bots, web dashboards, and trading systems built by Proton Labs.
By using ProtonAI, you confirm that you:
are at least 18 years old,
understand the risks of cryptocurrency trading, and
accept all Terms herein.
Use of the Services signifies your full agreement with these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy.
⚠️ Arbitration Notice:
Section 13 of this Agreement contains an arbitration clause requiring disputes to be resolved individually, not through class actions or jury trials.
2. AMENDMENTS
Proton Labs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and its Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the official ProtonAI site or GitBook. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
3. DEFINITIONS
“Affiliate” — any entity controlled by or under common control with Proton Labs.
“Platform” — all websites, bots, APIs, and trading tools developed by Proton Labs under the ProtonAI brand.
“Wallet” — a Solana-compatible wallet that allows users to connect, trade, and authorize blockchain transactions.
“User Data” — any information voluntarily provided by the user, including wallet address, username, or profile info.
4. THE SERVICE
4.1 Purpose
ProtonAI provides AI-powered algorithmic trading tools for educational and research purposes.
The Services do not constitute investment advice or financial guidance.
All use of ProtonAI is at your own risk.
4.2 Eligibility
To use ProtonAI, you must:
Be an individual or legal entity with full capacity to enter contracts;
Be at least 18 years old;
Not be on any sanctions or prohibited countries list (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, etc.);
Have not been previously suspended or banned from ProtonAI.
4.3 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys.
ProtonAI cannot recover lost wallets or credentials.
All transactions executed through your account are considered authorized by you.
4.4 Blockchain Transparency
All transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are publicly visible.
ProtonAI has no control over the Solana network, validators, or third-party systems involved in transaction execution.
4.5 License
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ProtonAI solely for lawful and personal purposes.
4.6 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use ProtonAI for illegal or malicious activities;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system;
Modify, copy, or redistribute the software;
Engage in denial-of-service or other attacks;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with ProtonAI.
4.7 Suspension
Proton Labs may suspend or terminate your access at any time if illegal activity, fraudulent behavior, or violation of these Terms is suspected.
5. PRIVACY
Your use of ProtonAI is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, process, and protect your data.
By using the platform, you consent to these data practices.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ProtonAI may include links or integrations with third-party tools (e.g., wallets, Solana explorers, trading dashboards).
We do not control or endorse these external sites or apps and assume no liability for your use of them.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All logos, code, algorithms, AI systems, and design elements within ProtonAI are the exclusive property of Proton Labs Ltd.
Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any element of the Services without prior written permission.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proton Labs Ltd., its affiliates, and employees against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of ProtonAI or violation of these Terms.
9. RISK DISCLOSURE
9.1 Market Risks
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant financial risk. Prices are volatile and may result in partial or total loss.
ProtonAI provides algorithmic tools but does not guarantee profit or predict market outcomes.
9.2 Blockchain Risks
Proton Labs is not responsible for network errors, blockchain forks, validator downtime, or Solana congestion.
9.3 AI & Algorithmic Risk
While ProtonAI’s algorithms analyze data and execute trades automatically, results may vary.
The system cannot guarantee performance under all market conditions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Proton Labs is not liable for any loss of funds, opportunity, or profits arising from use of ProtonAI.
The platform is provided “as is”, without any warranties of accuracy or suitability.
You are solely responsible for the results of your trades.
11. TERM & TERMINATION
You may stop using ProtonAI at any time.
Proton Labs may terminate access to any user violating these Terms or using the platform for prohibited purposes.
All sections relating to IP rights, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between you and Proton Labs regarding ProtonAI.
No other statements, marketing materials, or communications shall override this Agreement.

All trading decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk.
Use of ProtonAI constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
