Proton Labs Ltd. (“Proton Labs,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard Personal Information when you use ProtonAI products and services. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use (“Terms”). By using our Platform, you agree to this Policy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Scope of this Policy
This Policy covers:
The types of information we collect when you visit or use any ProtonAI website, tools, mobile or web apps, decentralized applications, smart contracts, or APIs operated by Proton Labs (collectively, the “Platform”).
Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
If you do not agree with our practices, please discontinue use of the Platform.
Definitions
Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to an individual (directly or indirectly).

1) Information You Provide
We (or our affiliates/processors) may collect:
Identifiers & contact: name, email, phone number, postal address.
Wallet information: Solana wallet address(es).
Compliance information: data required for KYC/AML (where applicable).
Non-custodial principle: ProtonAI does not collect or store seed phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords. Wallet connections are non-custodial and authorized by you via supported Solana wallets.
2) Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use the Platform, we may automatically collect:
Network data: IP address, domain name.
Device/usage: device type, OS, browser, language, page views, referral pages, interaction events.
Approximate geolocation: derived from IP or device settings (where permitted).
Automatic collection may involve cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies). Proton Labs does not store raw device identifiers or precise geolocation beyond what’s necessary for security, analytics, or legal compliance. Third-party partners you interact with (e.g., payment providers, analytics) may store such information under their own policies.
3) Information from Third Parties
Where lawful, we may receive:
Identity/compliance data from verification providers (for KYC/AML where applicable).
Public blockchain data (e.g., Solana on-chain transactions). Public addresses and transactions can sometimes be linked to other Personal Information through analytics performed by us or others.
Accuracy & Retention
We take commercially reasonable steps to keep Personal Information accurate and retain it only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Minors
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will deactivate related accounts and delete the data. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us (see Contact Us).
How We Use Personal Information
We process Personal Information to:
Provide and operate the Services, including AI-powered trading tools and interfaces (per the Terms).
Secure accounts and the Platform, including fraud detection, abuse prevention, incident response.
Comply with laws and regulations, including KYC/AML where applicable.
Provide support, respond to inquiries, and improve user experience.
Analyze and improve features, performance, and usability.
Communicate about updates or marketing (only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell your Personal Information. We share it only as described:
Service Providers/Processors
With vetted third parties providing: fraud detection, security, analytics, IT/hosting, storage, customer support, transaction monitoring, marketing (with your consent), or compliance. They may use Personal Information only to perform services for Proton Labs and must protect it appropriately.
Legal/Regulatory
When required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, or property of Proton Labs, our users, or the public.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., TLS encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Reminder: ProtonAI never asks for or stores seed phrases or private keys. Keep your wallet credentials secure.

There is no consistent industry standard for DNT signals. We currently do not respond to DNT.
Blockchain Transparency
Transactions conducted via Solana are public and permanently recorded on the blockchain. Public addresses and on-chain activity may be analyzed by anyone. Proton Labs does not control Solana validators or the network.
Third-Party Links & Services
The Platform may link to or integrate third-party sites, wallets, or tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or security.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in laws, services, or operations. The “Last Revised” date will indicate the effective version.
